Education

Experience
- 9+ years of professional clinical nursing experience
- 4+ years in a specialty area (correctional health care preferred)
- 4+ years direct patient care (e.g., inpatient preferred)
- 3+ years administrative/supervisory experience
Licensure and Certifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Maintain CPR/BLS
- Obtain Certified Correctional Health Professional-RN (CCHP-RN) within 2 years
- Complete required ICE supervisory leadership training
Other Skills
- Expertise in managing complex patients, including non-compliant or special needs populations
- Strong leadership, team building, and adult teaching skills
- Flexibility for schedule changes and physical demands (e.g., lifting >30 lbs, CPR performance)
